Hello traders! Bitcoin and cryptocurrency marketplaces and exchanges have gone a long way since Satoshi Nakamoto created Bitcoin and the first Bitcoin was minted in January 2009. You may be relatively new to the world of crypto and do not know how to use exchanges to purchase crypto. If this is the case, this article is for you.

Many users enjoy using crypto exchanges to purchase popular coins in a secure and simple way. There are literally hundreds of exchanges available and the list is growing everyday. There are also earning platforms like Stakecube that allow you to earn Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies through various means, such as holding, trading, or staking coins. If you don’t have an account yet, simply visit Stakecube website and sign up for a new account to start earning. All you need is a valid e-mail address. Once you’re signed up, you will receive a free crypto wallet to store dozens of coins, including Bitcoin BTC, Ethereum ETH, Rapids RPD and more.

Rapids Network is a very popular blockchain project that recently made the headlines after their successful Supply Reduction on May 7, 2021. Many users have been drawn to this project and are asking how to get their very first $RPDs. In this article, we will show you how to buy and sell $RPD on the Stakecube platform.

First, log-in to your account.

Enter your email, password and 2FA code if you activated it, which is recommended for your own safety. Check the box to show you are not a robot and click login. This is standard business. Note that if you are trying to login from a new IP address, you will be required to login again from a link sent to your email. Before entering your credentials, always check in the address bar that the URL is stakecube.net and that your data is encrypted (you will see a lock icon). This will avoid phishing scams where scammers try to get a hand on your credentials.

Once you’re logged in, your Wallet page will open. Please note that it is not possible to buy $RPD with fiat money (like USD, EUR, GBP, etc…) on stakecube. To purchase $RPD, you will need BTC, ETH, DOGE or SCC. If you need to buy those digital assets first, look for a local option like paxful, a cryptocurrency marketplace that allows you to buy crypto with over 350 payment methods, or ask in forums or telegram channels for a reliable and secure way to buy crypto currencies in your area. For the rest of this article, we will assume that you already have BTC in a crypto wallet and that you want to buy $RPD with BTC.

Second, transfer your BTC to stakecube.

Once you login, your Wallet page will open. Click on the Plus icon (green button). A list of available coins will appear. Find Bitcoin BTC in the list and click again on the Plus icon. You will see your new BTC wallet on your Wallet page. It will look like this:

Different information is displayed and on the far right you will see a down-arrow for deposits and an up-arrow for withdrawals. Click the Deposit icon and copy your BTC wallet address to the clipboard or scan the QR Code directly from the wallet where you have your BTC, then make a deposit from your original wallet to Stakecube. Let’s now move to the exchange section of Stakecube. Click on the menu icon on the top left of the screen to display a list of options available (see picture below) and choose Exchange. When you get a chance, explore the other sections for more ways to earn on Stakecube platform.

Third, trade your BTC for $RPDs.

It’s already the last step, where you will exchange your BTC into $RPDs. On the Exchange page, enter “RPD” in the search box and then click or tap on RPD/BTC to open the trading page.

Depending on what device you are using, the page may look differently, but you will find different sections: the order book, where you see the orders that users have placed, waiting for a buyer or seller; a chart showing the price history; a trade history to give you an idea of the price the buyers and sellers have recently exchanged their RPDs for; a box where you place your own orders and various additional information such as your open orders, etc… Let’s take a look at the box where you enter your orders.

There are two types of order. A market order does not allow you to specify the price you would like to pay or receive, you can only specify the amount of $RPD you want to buy or sell and your order will be executed against the existing orders. Be careful with this type of orders, as you may end up paying way more or receiving way less than the current price.

On the other hand, Limit orders let you specify the Price and the Amount you want to purchase. First enter your desired price. The last price traded will be the default value. Feel free to adjust the price according to your preference. Then enter the amount of RPD you wish to buy or sell; for your convenience you can choose a percentage of your wallet. For example, if you have 0.01 BTC in your wallet, clicking on 50% will enter the amount of RPD you can buy at the price specified with 0.005 BTC. When you’re done, click BUY RPD.

Your order will appear in the order book and you just need to wait for a trader willing to sell at the price you specified. Note that a higher price will mean traders will be more willing to sell to you and your order will be executed faster. A lower price means fewer traders may be interested in selling to you and you may have to wait longer for your order to be filled. Come back from time to time to see if you order has been filled. Selling $RPD works in a similar manner.

That’s it for today. I hope you enjoyed this short tutorial on how to buy $RPD on Stakecube Earning platform. For suggestions, drop me an e-mail at nicolas@rapidsnetwork.io or on twitter at https://twitter.com/nroushkg. Happy trading!
